I am currently a first-year MS Bioinformatics student at The Georgia Institute of Technology, hoping to further my understanding of genomics and plant biology. In the past, I worked in Dr. Michael G Hahn's lab at the University of Georgia which centered on understanding biosynthesis of plant cell wall carbohydrates. Currently, I am working with Dr. Lily Cheung in the engineering of the first balancer chromosomes in Arabidopsis thaliana.
